Owner / Founder, N. Arsenault Community Economic Development & Social Enterprise Consultant
Prince Edward Island
Nathalie Arsenault is a social entrepreneur who is passionate about creating long term sustainable development in the Maritime Region. After completing a Master’s Degree in International Development, and experiencing working in Africa and in the Caribbean, she realized that the most meaningful impact she can have is right here at home.
Nathalie’s recent experiences include helping the Acadian region of Cheticamp to mobilize and take charge of its own economic development, working as a business advisor for social enterprises in Montreal, supporting local food systems by spearheading the Cheticamp Farmers Market, and tackling rural sustainable transportation issues by co-founding Maritime Rideshare. She has also started a family business with her husband Pepeto which produces steel musical instruments.
She has recently moved back to her home island of PEI to start her own consulting practice and give back to her community. Nathalie is deeply passionate about creating connections and mobilizing communities to work together in order to create long lasting change.
