Rebeka Frazer-Chiasson

Rébeka Frazer-Chiasson grew up among Brussels sprouts, strawberries and hens. During that time, she saw her community of Rogersville transform from a model of agricultural cooperation into a region almost empty of farmers and its historic connection with food, although she did not initially realize the impact of that change.

She now manages a small organic farm and is active with the National Union of the Farmers and the Council of Preservation of NB to help build a cooperative alternative for New Brunswick farmers and consumers.

She continues to believe in Rogersville, NB, a resiliant and proud world.
