Philip LeBlanc

Founder, Fredericton Makerspace

Artist, designer and entrepreneur Philip LeBlanc is the designer in residence at the University of New Brunswick he is focused on the integration of design principles and design thinking into business practices and entrepreneurship.
With a passion for exploring art, technology, design and fabrication Philip is the founder of the Fredericton Makerspace, a non-profit community resource offering a well equipped machine/wood/electronics shop where one can build projects, take classes and workshops while sharing ideas with a network of local people.
A graduate of NBCCD (Design) and NSCAD University (Fine Art) Philip has recently completed a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Design.
