Kate Wallace is a cultural worker and community builder who believes the arts are crucial to New Brunswick’s future. She is executive director of ArtsLink NB, a provincial organization that improves the incomes and outcomes of artists. Previously, she was a national award-winning journalist. With degrees in anthropology (McGill ‘97), and journalism (Concordia ‘05), and lots of international stamps in her passport, Kate brings a deep curiosity about culture and a broad perspective to her work and her life. She lives in her hometown, Saint John, with her husband, Rich, and son, Gus.
