Christine Bourgoin is originally from Grand Falls and lives in Fredericton. She is employed as a provincial Community Inclusion Network Coordinator with the Economic and Social Inclusion Corporation, the organization responsible for the coordination of the New Brunswick poverty reduction plan. Christine began her career with the Government of New Brunswick over ten years ago and has served on various boards of directors and as a volunteer with various community organizations, including the Fredericton Community Kitchen and the York Sunbury Ground Search and Rescue team.
Christine holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from l’Université de Moncton. Throughout her academic career, Christine was involved in student leadership and served on the students` union for two consecutive terms and on the executive of the New Brunswick Student Alliance. In 2000, Christine was awarded a certificate of merit from l’Université de Moncton for her leadership and contribution to the university academic and student life.
Christine has a passion for sports and exercises and currently serves as an auxiliary police officer for the Fredericton Police Force.
