A Saint John Original, Eric is an enthusiastic, community-minded management consultant with a passion for community building, youth engagement and economic development. He currently works as a Manager with EY's Advisory Services practice in Saint John, NB. Like many of his colleagues across the globe, Eric strives to build a better working world by providing insight and innovative solutions to his client's most important challenges and opportunities. He has a broad base of industry experience which includes the Government, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Transportation, Forestry, Not-for-Profit, and Telecommunications sectors. Eric's primary areas of professional focus are in process improvement, facilitation, change management, risk management and internal audit.

In 2009 Eric was named as a "Leader to Watch" by the Greater Saint John YM/YWCA and selected as one of New Brunswick's 21 Young Leaders (21 Inc). He is a serial volunteer, contributing his time and talent to many groups and causes in his community. Eric has served on the boards of the New Brunswick Youth Advisory Council, the New Brunswick Population Growth Secretariat, the Canadian Commission for UNESCO Youth Advisory Committee, the University of New Brunswick Associated Alumni, and Enterprise Saint John (Community Economic Development Agency). He is currently the Chair of FUSION Saint John, Treasurer of ArtsLink NB, and a Director of the Greater Saint John YM/YWCA.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Co-op) with a major in Human Resources and minor in Accounting from the University of New Brunswick (Saint John). He is currently in his second year of a part-time executive MBA, and pursuing his Certified Management Consulting (CMC) designation.
